I have a difficult dog and the trainer, Graham, has taught me new techniques to help transform my dog from a scared, barky dog to a confident, more sociable dog. We have trained in their store, outside a grocery store where there are a lot of noises and smells, on a busy street with lots of traffic and noise, and around outdoor dining where there are other dogs out with their owners. Graham has a gift for training. He uses positive reinforcement and focuses on rewarding progress rather than punishment. They have good quality snacks for dogs in their shop, including sweet potato snacks, Flossies (my dog is crazy for them), and seafood snacks. I have trained with three other trainers in different cities and Graham is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. They call and confirm appointments, are flexible about reschedules and utterly professional."
